Freight is charged per kg on actual weight, with no volumetric charges and a 20 kg minimum. A small per-box handling charge and GST are added. Delhi pincodes starting 110 also carry a 5% green tax. How hostel packing works
- Book a slot using the booking form or WhatsApp. Tell us your hostel or flat and roughly how much there is.
- We pack in your room. We use 5-ply cartons, bubble wrap, corner protection and labelled boxes, and send live photos and video while we pack. If you’ve already flown home, tell us how to get in and we’ll handle it.
- We weigh after packing. You’re billed on what the scale says.
- We confirm the price on WhatsApp before pickup. Every booking comes with a GST invoice.
- Delivered to your door, with status updates on the same WhatsApp chat.
Pack yourself or let us pack?
Team pack gets you a trained crew, multi-layer packing and labelled boxes, and transit insurance is included. Self-pack costs less if you already have sturdy boxes. For anything fragile or valuable, let us pack it.
Before pickup: a quick checklist
- Keep documents, medicines, chargers and your laptop with you.
- Don’t pack liquids, aerosols, gas cylinders or anything flammable. Ask us if you’re unsure about something.
- Write your name and phone number on every bag and box.
- Book early in May and December. End-of-semester slots fill up 1–2 weeks ahead.

Questions
Why is there a 20 kg minimum?
Our courier network prices every shipment on a 20 kg minimum slab, and that’s what keeps per-kg rates low. If your luggage weighs 10 or 12 kg, it’s billed as 20 kg, and the calculator tells you this up front. Above 20 kg, you pay for what the scale says.
How long will delivery take?
It depends on the destination. From Manipal, Bangalore is usually 3–4 days, Mumbai 5–6 days, Delhi 7–8 days and Guwahati 8–10 days. Enter your pincode in the calculator to see yours.
Is my luggage insured?
If our team packs, transit insurance is included. If you pack yourself, ask us about insurance before pickup.
Can my parents receive it at home?
Yes. Add their name and phone number as the receiver when you book.
