How it’s priced

  • Charged on the higher of actual or volumetric weight: (L × B × H in cm) ÷ 5000. This is different from domestic shipping, so add your box sizes in the international calculator.
  • 18% GST, plus a 3% customs clearance fee on the declared value where it applies.
  • Some destinations offer a duty-paid option.

Packing and pickup

We use export-grade packing with bubble wrap and double-walled cartons. Pickup is from your door in Manipal, or you can drop off at our shop. Book before 6 pm for a same-day pickup.

What you can’t send

Not allowed: drugs, gold or bullion, currency, firearms or explosives, flammable liquids, e-cigarettes, lighters, matchboxes, precious metals and stones, red sanders, copra and CITES-listed animals or plants.

Ask us first: food and perishables, liquids, alcohol, tobacco, electronics, jewellery (including artificial), medicines and clinical samples.

We help with the customs paperwork for your shipment. The 3% clearance fee on the declared value applies where relevant.
