If the customer chooses to pack items on their own, the customer will be
fully & solely responsible for any damage or loss due to:- π Improper packing or weak padding
- π Fragile items not protected sufficiently
- π Internal damage during lifting, moving or transit

resulting from self-packing. Insurance applies only when packing is done by our team
and verified at pickup.
